"The kitchen was fully stocked, the views were incredible - both straight out to the ocean and through the living room window to the north.
There was a comfortable king bed in one room and two twins in the other. We added our portable crib to the second room and there was still plenty of space. There was also a pullout sofa in the living room.
I did notice that there was no air conditioning, but I really doubt you would ever need it on the coast there. At night, we watched the sunset over the ocean, bonfires on the beach in front of us, and fireworks (it was just before the 4th of July).
We plan on going back if we can get that same unit.

| “Exactly what I wanted!” - The Tides are located just under a mile from "downtown" Seaside, and as such, are in a quiet location. There is nothing between the buildings and the beach except a buffer area, so it is a short walk to the beach. I really liked coming here, because I get so tired of cramped motel rooms, and here we have lots of room, a fireplace, and a kitchenette with an apartment sized fridge instead of a micro fridge. |
